Born in 05-06-79 in Florence, Italy.
He work as planner in an architectural firm before to graduate at the 3years photography course at Fondazione Studio Marangoni in 2007. During the course he had the chance to participate at several workshop and meet photographers and artists among others:
Guido Guidi, Paolo Woods, Paolo Verzone, Edward Rozzo, Bas Princen and others.
His work have been shown at MAXXI, Contemporary Art Museum in Rome, Caja Madrid in Barcelona, Fondazione Studio Marangoni in Florence and Linea di Confine - Reggio Emilia; have been also published in several magazine as Ojodepez, ZOOM and European Photography.
In March 2010 he presented his first solo show at Galleria Manzoni in Bergamo, Italy.
Marco has spent 4 years in SouthAfrica (2008-2011) works as freelance.
In 2011 he started working on the book project "HOW DOES IT FEEL TO BE LEAVING THE MOST BEAUTIFUCL CITY IN THE WORLD ?"with the writer Olufemi Terry.
'How does it feel to be …..' is a series of images based on his experience living in CapeTown.
In April 2012 the dummy has been shortlisted at Dummy Award 2012 and has been showed at LE BAL Paris and at the 5th Photography Festival in Leipzig.
He is part of "DOCUMENTARY PLATFORM" project, newly born visual archive for documentary photography focused on italian landscape.
Currently he lives in Italy.
