In Sight of My Skin is a lyrical series that explores the relationship between the female body and mind. The contemporary nude portraits, dreamlike landscapes and observational images that make up this evolving body of work are a visual study of transient moments of self-consciousness.
British born, Jennifer Pattison’s portraits are arresting and full of unselfconscious expression. Having begun her career as a photographers agent Jennifer began focusing on her own work as a photographer two years ago. She has received multiple awards for her work including second prize at the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize 2012. Jennifer lives and works in London on a variety of commercial commissions and personal projects. Her work is part of several private collections.
