For the past five years my central subject has been my family in the wake of my parents' divorce. In From Here on Out, I explore how the divorce has given way to shifts in my family members' established roles and interpersonal dynamics. At once personally empathic and formally reflective, the photographs intimate tensions to unearth connections.
