Artist Information
Photographers are invited to be included in Art Photo Index. Each photographer grants permission (opts-in) to be listed in Art Photo Index making information and images viewable by the public. Certain information is not viewable by the public and is kept private. We do not sell or trade any of the information that we store.
Contact Information
A contact form with anti-spam technology is provided on the photographer's page but no email address is shown. We believe the privacy of your email address is of utmost importance. We do not sell, exchange or give away emails for any purpose.
Security
Industry-standard encryption technologies are in place when users log in to their Art Photo Index account.
Calls for Entry Credit Card Information
Credit card numbers, if needed for Calls for Entry, are stored on our online server in an encrypted format. Periodically this information is purged from the server.
Newsletters
We use MailChimp for the newsletters that we send to keep our users informed about the books, artwork and other products that we sell. MailChimp follows the new GDPR standards. Users who do not wish to receive our e-mail newsletters may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mail newsletter or they may request to unsubscribe by writing us at info@photoeye.com.
Request to Remove Data
Upon request, any user may ask to have their personal data history completely removed from our database and website by writing us at info@artphotoindex.com
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for user admin and My Collections systems. A cookie is a small file that is copied to a user's hard drive and is accessed each time a user returns to the site.
